"A good knife for doing sheep 🐑 feet"
"Love the knife The blade slides out perfect. Only problem the belt clip only has one bolt holding it on. Not sure if it’s missing so the clip can be turned or it’s just missing. Other than that love it love it love it."
"Very solid well made knife"
"I purchased this knife looking for a slim EDC knife with a sharp blade, screwdriver for daily utility, and a pocket clip. It has a nice blade. The pocket clip broke after a few months - as an accessory, it’s not covered by warranty - Leatherman is sending me a courtesy replacement, but made it clear that it was a once time deal, so I plan to spend $9 in a few months, either on a new clip or a new knife…additionally, this knife is unnecessarily thick, and a half inch too long for a lot of pockets. So it fails as a good EDC. Note to the Leatherman product team - if the screwdrivers and awl were split up so that one or two pivoted on the same end as the blade, this knife could be considerably thinner. Oh - also, it’s powder coated or painted - not anodized, so the color wears through pretty quickly in certain high contact areas - I kind of liked the patina, but you may or may not…"
"Not too heavy, tool set is minimal but just what I need in a knife/multi tool. And it’s truly one handed operational!"
"I've owned Spyderco knives and some Civivi and Kizer and Buck. In terms of value for the money, utility, ergonomics, this one beats them all. With a little lube the blade flicks open and drops shut. The knife locks with authority and the blade shape and the hollow grind make it a fantastic utility cutter and I've used it for many of the same tasks I would normally use a box cutter or an exacto knife for. The handle is perfect for my medium-large hands and the . I've never had an issue maintaining an extremely sharp edge. It has a little more weight than some knives but that's worth it, in my opinion, for the additional tools that the handle houses. The combination package opener/flathead screwdriver/prybar is one of my most used tools and it is fantastic for tasks that aren't safe completing with a sharp knife. The awl is really handy for light prying/poking and of course, putting holes in tougher materials. I really love the phillips head/bottle opener: it's just the right size for most of the screws I find myself opening. The deep carry clip rounds out the whole package and is fantastic. I can't reccoment this enough"
"My son bought me one of these for a birthday present a few years ago. I had never seen one. It's like a larger, rougher, tougher and better-quality version of some of those other army type knives you see. It's also a very nice blade."
"I bought the K2 a few weeks ago from my local Ace hardware. After reading a lot of reviews on the K series knives and hearing how bulky they are, I wanted a K4. I figured go big or go home! Unfortunately Ace only had a K2 and I didn’t feel like ordering a K4 off the internet. In the end, I was very happy with the K2 I got and am glad I didn’t get a K4. I’m an average size guy, and I feel that the K2 is very pocketable. In my work uniform pants, I comfortably pocket carry the K2 using the pocket clip, and have an Olight I3t next to it in the same pocket. However my jeans pocket is not quite the same and I end up splitting the pair up. I do have a gripe with the pocket clip. Because of its position on the handle, it creates a “hot spot” in my hand when I grip it. It’s nothing too crazy, but definitely something I noticed right away. On to the quality. This is hands down the best built knife I’ve ever had. The date stamp on the frame is October 2019. I have a couple of Leathermans with date stamps from 2019 and the quality control is much better than any of their new stuff unfortunately. The handle feels very sturdy, the tools are well polished and lock in place very smoothly. I think the tool kit is satisfactory, although I would rather see a can opener or file instead of the awl. The blade deploys so smoothly and locks in with a very sophisticated “click”. Leathermans Free series axial lock is very solid. My blade has no play whatsoever and feels the same after opening and closing it a few hundred times. I give an A+ on fit and finish. I would really like to see it offered in 154cm or S30v. My guess is with a blade this big, a higher end steel would price this knife out of most peoples desired price range. Overall it is very nice knife and one of my favorites in my collection. It is also very fun to deploy the blade. It can be flicked open using the thumb hole, you can depress the axial lock and flick your wrist to have the blade open and close, or you can flick it open the same way the Spyderco guys like to flick their knives open using their index finger. I definitely recommend this Leatherman, but if it had a better blade steel, this would be an instant 5 star from me."
"The fit and finish on this knife are excellent. Came extremely sharp. This is the perfect everyday carry for me: an ideally sized knife with a strong lock and great ergonomics that has additional tools."
"Overall the knife is decent but don’t plan on using the cheap little belt clip for anything I keep the knife inside my pocket because I know the clip will break with just the weight of the knife on the outside I bumped one broke it off they replaced it bumped again broke right off maybe Chinese clips would be better then this junk Then had to use message center because nobody picked up the phone then nobody got back to me on that either so thanks for a overpriced knife with no customer support"
