Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Information

Shipping Methods

As of 6th April 2022, all bladed items must be age checked at the point of delivery by the courier.

  • Delivery will be made by DPD Next Day. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders.
  • DPD aims to deliver your parcel the next working day (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Weekend delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to your local delivery depot. Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer due to their geographical location
  • Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Ireland or any other address outside of the UK.

Order Processing

  • Orders received before 1.30pm on a working day will be processed and despatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 1.30pm will be processed the following working day.
  • Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders with custom products ship together and take additional time to process.
  • Delivery time will begin as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Leatherman Garage and Other Limited Edition Products

From time to time we may offer Leatherman Garage or other limited edition products for order on our Website. Such products and orders for such products will be allocated as determined by Leatherman. Leatherman Garage or other limited edition products are intended for individual use and not resale. Without limiting Leatherman’s other rights, Leatherman may reject or cancel orders it believes are fraudulent, intended for resale or that otherwise violate our terms and conditions. 

Returns

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Leatherman will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.

*Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customised items are not subject to return or exchange. Once an order for a custom or engraved item is received, it cannot be cancelled.

14-Day Cancellation Rights For EU Customers

EU customers have a right to cancel a contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s) without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received, including the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. To exercise your rights to cancel a contract, please email Customer Service at info-uk@leatherman.com.

Return Exceptions

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Leatherman custom product is built just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
