"Recipient was not able to receive a package from dpd. Now dpd package status is "on the way back to Leatherman" for a few weeks now. Contacted customer service for money return, still no resolution on that case. No money was returned."
"Excellent to have a multitool like this around when in the workshop. Helps to have a knife, screwdriver and pliers around in the pocket particularly, plus all the other tools. Saves many a trip to the toolbox. Highly recommend for workshop use."
"Disappointed that I bought a sheath to match (it was the one suggested by the website) and when it arrived it was minute and didn’t even fit the “wave plus” in it. It was so small it looked like a child’s toy. The actual leatherman was very nice and good quality."
"Had it a few months now, does the job. Good size, handy for small jobs, mainly used it for bit of DIY and some minor gardening. Small amount of black coating comes off on your hands first few times you use it but stops after a few consistent uses. Also any stiff tools loosen up soon after repeated use."

"Great unit, coating could be more durable I don’t mind a ‘used’ look on a tool that actually gets used. However, this black coating is already wearing down to the silver steel below after a couple of weeks living in a jeans pocket on it’s own! – Not sure that projects the quality and longevity expected of a Leatherman. My 15yr old Swiss army knife almost looks better than this Leatherman at this point. – I can’t ascertain if this is a generational poor quality issue, or if it’s cause for a warranty replacement."
"I received this as a wedding gift from my wife. Functionally, this tool is great! It has all the key tools you need, without all the random ones you would never use. I really like the quick-swap screwdriver bits and the replaceable plier jaws. The knives can be opened and closed with one hand, which is very convenient! The only reason this got a 4 star and not a 5 is because of how delicate the paint is. I received the black version which looks great, but marks and scratches very easily! I dont intend this tool to stay pristine, however within 10 minutes of opening it, there were noticeable scratches all over it! I would avoid getting this particular tool engraved and I feel this would scratch off fast and be money wasted. However! I remains a brilliant multi-tool and I would still recommend this!"
