Good tools, not so good support.

"Tried to cancel my order a few days after ordering because DPD failed to deliver it, DPD returned to sender and I get zero communication from Leatherman support, aside from acknowledging the request to return/cancel. I got a tool elsewhere in the meantime, weeks later with no explanation I get a tracking notification and DPD delivers the order (which I haven't opened as I don't need it and have already bought an alternative). I've attempted to contact Leatherman both before and after delivery with no response or explanation as to why it was sent back to me.. weeks later..?? Not a good experience, I've been a fan of Leatherman tools for years, this would've been my 5th/6th tool, but this has really turned me off them."
