"By far the best and easiest tool to use with one hand. I bought mine in 2017 or so and absolutely love it. Ive had several different Leatherman multi tools, for me its perfect. I work on a farm and use it every single day. The one handed quick access to the pliers is by far the biggest plus for me. I like the fact that the screwdrivers tips cant fall out."
"I absolutely love the oht. It’s on the bigger side but it ends up feeling so good in the hand and all the tools are one hand accessible which is an awesome feature. The spring loaded pliers are my second favorite feature as they make this a very easy to use tool. Overall build quality is excellent and it is a quality tool for sure. Worth every penny."
"I've wanted this tool since I was a teenager, so when I heard the final batch was available, I ordered one. Initially, I didn't like that it didn't have a pocket clip, but the sheath is reasonably versatile so that can be overlooked. The spring pliers are nice and comfortable to deploy and use. The blades and tools are pretty short for a tool of it's size, but the blade holds an edge and the screwdriver is great. It's awesome for situations where you need a one handed pair of pliers or a one handed screwdriver. Most other tools on the market can't offer one handed everything, especially for the time it was released."
"The OHT is definitely easy to use and very handy my only concern and problem I’ve encountered is when twisting any screws especially loosening tight screws or when gripping something with the pliers the whole tool will twist and sure enough I was changing the taillights in my car and used the screwdriver on the strap cutter but when I was almost done with all the screws half the strap cutter snapped off so both tools are useless. Good for easy very light work other than that just go look for a screwdriver…"
"Not sure why I'm reviewing a retired tool haha but whatever. I like it. It would get another star if it wasn't so big and if it had a changeable bit driver but otherwise it's handy. Also the pliers jaw shape is-was unique among the leatherman lineup."
"I'm a first responder but an even longer Leatherman User. I've had various Leathermans over the years, including the PST we got my Dad back in 1983. My son purchased an OHT several years ago and was very impressed by its durability and handiness. I got one and I have to agree! I wish I had one of these when I was in the US Army. It's just the right size for my hands and the OHO tools are so handy. Leatherman wire cutters are the best in the business, bar none. I highly recommend this tool for just about anything."

"My recent purchase of an OHT directly from Leatherman has left me with a bitter taste and a string of disappointments. It's a story I feel compelled to share because, frankly, it reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality service. The ordeal began with the arrival of the OHT, which, to my dismay, had the same tools on both arms. Understandably, I reached out to Leatherman's customer service through their online chat. The representative's response was both blunt and borderline threatening: "Send it back, or we won't sell to you again." While I understand the need to protect against potential scams, this initial interaction left me disheartened. The promise of a swift replacement was made, but so too were the obligations on my end. I was asked to return the incorrectly assembled tool, I asked for a pre-paid mailing slip to ease the process. I was told I would receive the mailing list via email but I requested a printed version since I don’t own a printer. It wasn't until weeks later that the properly assembled OHT finally made its way to me. The printed mailing slip or emailed mailing slip never arrived. This led to yet another frustrating chat with Leatherman's customer service. My concern? Being placed on a "do not sell" list. The mailing slip eventually arrived, though the email label remained elusive. It appears the company's commitment to service may be waning. The climax of this ordeal occurred when I reached out to Leatherman's service department informing them of my ordeal. Their resolution? I was graciously offered a choice from their apparel shop that was $10 or less… the options available there began at $19.95! In the end, I do like my new OHT, but the arduous journey to obtain it through Leatherman's online store has left me questioning the company's dedication to quality service. It's a bitter taste to accompany an otherwise fine product, and a testament to the challenges one might face as a Leatherman customer."
