"I have emailed multiple times over the past few months chasing my item. It turned out, the item was in the company warehouse for nearly a month after it was returned when I was not in during week days. No attempt was made to leave it with the neighbour, despite the delivery email saying they would. It was eventually apparently re posted a few days before Christmas leaving me with a glimmer of hope that it would arrive in time for Christmas. I have still not received it! 31st Dec. I have emailed again twice since christmas and had no response. Only two emails ask me to review the item that I do not yet have!"
